COVID-19 resources. During this extraordinary time, the university is providing resources for students, faculty and staff to continue to advance Ohio State’s academic mission. At the same time, information about COVID-19 and the university’s response is available on the Ohio State coronavirus website, which is updated daily with information.
Tops in their classes. Ohio State has selected 10 scholars as the third cohort of President’s Postdoctoral Scholars. The program helps attract and retain highly qualified early career scholars as postdoctoral trainees. The recipients were selected from a competitive pool of 60 national and international applicants. First-generation Buckeyes. The university has been named a First-gen Forward Institution by the national Center for First-generation Student Success. The designation recognizes a commitment to improving experiences and advancing outcomes of students who are the first in their families to go to college. Last spring, approximately 1,800 Ohio State graduates were the first in their families to earn a college degree.
